I don't know how you made the Poser male genitalia model, but while it looks ok relative to the whole body, the close-ups look like the penis is just stuck on. I wonder if you thought of modeling the penis as a continuous thing that the testicles just hang around, as seen in [link] I think what you're calling the perineum is the base of the penis, which is continuous with the top part that you see. Finally, if you're still working on this and you haven't got enough of those photos you wanted, let me know.

For creating an uncut penis model with a still retractable foreskin why dont you use a pic or a model who has one. I for example, am uncut but my foreskin stays retracted when soft. it doesnot create a tapered end like it does for most guys. The foreskin just covers the glans but not completely. The "eye" can still be seen If you want to, I can send in photos of me to help you model the same. Cheers
